Kinabuch Bar and Grill

The second place that I usually see in recommended places to eat in Puerto Princesa wasKinabuch. The name Kinabuch comes from two words, Kina where it means at and Buch is the name of the owner so it would mean at Buch’s (e.g. where do you want to eat? at Buch’s!). Kinabuch is very different from Kalui in terms of look and ambiance. Kinabuch has this big open bar look where you can dine either inside or outside. You will also see a big projector that shows sports. People come here to drink, play billiards, drink and try out the Palawan delicacy, tamilok (wood worm) or crocodile meat. The last was actually the reason why we went to Kinabuch.

The place is made up of several cottages with different heights. You can think of it as having lots of houses on top of a tree where the height differences are because of the tree branches so walking from one house to another would either make you go up or down. However, this setup also has it’s flaws because each house only has 1 entrance (getting to it means the server has to maze through the other houses) and its hard to get your waiter’s attention when he is below or above you (perhaps adding a bell would help). Anyway, let’s start with our meal.

Taverna Luna is located on Rizal Avenue Extention on the right coming from the Puerto Princesa Airport or on the left side of street if coming from City Center.  A delightful native design and island atmosphere. Good native and continental food. We really love the Chicken Inasal.  They are open for lunch and dinner.

Night life in Puerto just got better as Taverna Luna has started live entertainment nightly. The music is really good too! So if you are looking for somewhere to hangout and have a beer in the evenings and wholesome yummy food...this is the place for you.

The bestseller on the menu of Mang Inasal is the PM1-paa w/unlimited rice and PM2- pecho w/ unlimited rice. because of the unlimited rice many customer choose to order that dish. And also because the barbecue is there main dish it has great tastes,smell good and delicious,its taste like a homemade barbecue that will make you fell at home.And its served with beautiful plating, the dish served  in a plate with a leave of banana..the barbecue served with barbecue stick,rice and the sauces. and if you want some rice all you have to do is to called the rice boy to served you.

Style and how they treat there Customer.

Everyone hates finding that one thing they love only to find out the till queues are massively long. As a till point assistant, it is important you make the customers experience that little bit better and its basic manners that can do so!
As I observed to the workers of  the restaurant.. they have the manners that must have to make there customer feel welcome.
The workers greet nicely to the customer and they simple apology when you are waiting for your order, that there simple way to make you calm.They are smiling  everywhere you see them,,, They are friendly to there customer and served what the customer want.
The style of there services is base on your order, sometimes you have to wait a minutes to prepared you order, and sometimes its served quickly.

The employees of the restaurant have a sanitary discipline.there uniforms are clean and in good repair.The girls hair is always tied and had hairnet and also for the boys there hair had a clean cut and had hairnet too.the beards and mustaches of the boys is trimmed and and they have there personal hygiene they are not allowed to used a perfume that have a extreme and offensive odors.
there not allowed to used jewelry while working its strictly not allowed them.

Ambiances and kinds of People came.

The ambiance of the restaurant is open place and the kind of light that they were used is white its has aircondition and has a great smell inside and they have clean place everywhere you look and also they have a quit place, so you can relax while waiting for your orders.
The kinds of people that came in restaurant is different, they are students, family, business man and also those have reunions they prefer to eat in this restaurant because it ha big place and and it feel you welcome. And even those who's celebrating there birthdays.
